How we handle personal data

LOVA INTERNATIONAL (로바인터내셔널) · Effective 1 September 2026

LOVA INTERNATIONAL (“the Company”) handles personal data in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea. This policy explains what the enquiry form on lovaintl.com collects, why it is collected, how long it is kept, and where it is processed.

1. What we collect and why

Items Purpose Retention
Name, company or brand name, email address, phone number (optional), enquiry type, message, and the details entered for that enquiry type: brand or store name, country of manufacture, product category and material, website, channel type, items and quantity, categories handled Answering the enquiry and following up on it One year after the reply, then deleted
Access records automatically generated during a visit (IP address, browser type, date and time of access) Security, abuse prevention and service operation by the hosting provider Held by the hosting provider under its own retention policy

Consent is requested on the form itself. You may decline, in which case we cannot process the enquiry. We do not collect sensitive data, resident registration numbers, or payment details, and the site does not create marketing profiles.

2. Processing abroad

The website is hosted outside Korea and the enquiry form is delivered by an overseas service, so data is transferred abroad as set out below. No separate fee is charged and no further use is made of the data.

Recipient Items & purpose Country & method
Web3Forms Enquiry form contents — delivering submissions to our business email Overseas servers, transmitted over the network at the time of submission
Cloudflare, Inc. Access records — website hosting, delivery and security United States and its global network, transmitted over the network at the time of access
Google LLC Email contents received at our business address — business email service United States, stored in the mail service

You may object to the transfer of your personal data abroad. In that case, please contact us by email or telephone instead of using the form.

3. Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Visitor statistics are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors; only aggregate figures such as page views and country of access are produced. Your language choice is stored in your own browser and is never sent to us.

4. Destruction

Personal data is destroyed without delay once its purpose has been achieved or its retention period has passed. Electronic files are deleted so that they cannot be recovered; any printed material is shredded or incinerated. Where another law requires longer retention, the data is kept separately for that period only.

5. Your rights

You may at any time ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop its processing. Requests are answered without delay, and we verify that the request comes from you or your authorised representative before acting on it.

Requests are received at info@lovaintl.com. If you are not satisfied with our handling, you may also contact the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (1833-6972) or the Korea Internet & Security Agency Privacy Call Centre (118).

6. Security measures

  • All pages and form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS (TLS), so contents cannot be read in transit.
  • Access to enquiry emails is limited to the representative, under an account protected by two-step verification.
  • The visitor statistics page is protected by a separate login and shows only aggregate figures.
  • Enquiries are delivered to our business email and a copy is held in the site database on Cloudflare infrastructure, readable only through the password-protected administration page.
